Stress Management Workshop
The TA Network is presenting an interesting workshop on Tuesday October 11th at 10:00-11:00 in KTH 712. Jennifer Meister (Academic Skills Program Coordinator from the Student Success Centre) will be speaking on Time and Stress Management. This is a workshop useful to all students - even if you are not a TA!
Jennifer will be offering numerous tips and pieces of advice to get you motivated, keep you organized, and balance your time. We encourage everyone to attend.
Ironically, we all seem to "have no time" and have "too much stress" to attend these workshops. We're really hoping that you all come out to this workshop, as the goal is to teach you how to prioritize your time, and minimize your stress - the excuses "I had no time" and "I was too stressed" cannot be an excuse for missing this workshop!
See you on Tuesday!
